Dog License Renewal Notice

2024 dog tags expired on January 31, 2025. If you have not yet renewed your pet’s Holdrege Dog License, you are in violation of the City Ordinance, and a late fee of $25 will be applied to the cost of the license beginning April 1, 2025.

Please stop in the City Office at 502 East Ave to renew your license(s) as soon as possible. Kindly provide proof of your pet’s current rabies vaccination and altering if they have been neutered or spayed. A City tag for spayed or neutered dogs is $6, and $12 for non-altered pets.

If you no longer have your pet canine, contact the City Office at 308-995-8681 so that our records can be updated.
