City Council Notice of Public Hearing | City of Holdrege, Nebraska

Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Holdrege will hold Public Hearings beginning at 6:01 p.m. on Tuesday, the 17th day of November 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska. Council members will receive comments on an Application for Subdivision from Mark Lind to create the Lind Third Subdivision in the NW1/4 of Section 15, Township 5, Range 18W. Immediately following, there will be a public hearing to receive comments on the Zoning Administrator’sApplication to rezone Holdrege South Addition, City of Holdrege, Phelps County, Nebraska, from “R-3” (Service Commercial) and A (Agricultural) to “I” (Light Industrial) to align the district’s zoning with its existing and future uses. At said time and place, all interested parties may appear to be heard. The hearings are open, and the public is invited to attend.
