Notice of Board of Adjustments Public Hearings
Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustments will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska.
Beginning at 5:01 p.m., the Board will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Fritz Meat, LLC to construct a new building at 1304 4th Avenue in Holdrege that will encroach on the twenty-five-foot front yard setback of a C-3 Zoning District.
Immediately following, Board members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Tim Meyers to construct a garage at 512 Arthur Street that will exceed the 1,200 sq. ft. restriction of an accessory use structure in an R-2 Zoning District.
And immediately following that public hearing, members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Tom Smith to construct a storage shed at 319 Tilden Street that will encroach on the twenty-five-foot setback of the 4th Avenue property line.
The hearings are open, and all interested parties will be given an opportunity to speak on matters concerning these applications.
