Notice of Board of Adjustments Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing at 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska, to receive comments on an Application for Variance from Laurie Raboin to re-construct a garage at 715 7th Avenue that will encroach on the rear and north side yard setbacks.
Public hearings are open, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to speak on matters related to the variance application.
