Notice of a February 12th Planning Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that members of the Holdrege Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing beginning at 6:01 p.m. on Thursday, February 12th, 2026, in the Council Chambers of Holdrege City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska. Commissioners will receive comments on an Application for Conditional Use from Larry Fitzgerald to construct residential apartments within a commercial business at 219 Grant Street in Holdrege, zoned C-2, Central Business District.
Interested parties are invited to appear to be heard during the public hearing.
