Notice of a Board of Adjustments Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 5:01 p.m. on November 3rd, 2026, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska, to receive comments on an Application for Variance from Greg Steinmetz to construct a garage at 622 Lincoln Street in Holdrege that will exceed the 1,500 sq. ft. size and 20 ft height restrictions of an accessory use structure in an R-2 zoning district.
Public hearings are open, and all interested parties will have an opportunity to speak on matters related to the variance application.
