Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Holdrege Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing at 5:01 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 502 East Avenue in Holdrege, Nebraska.

Board members will receive comments on an Application for Variance from Dave Nelson to construct an eight-thousand-square-foot accessory use structure on a parcel of land located on South Sherman Street legally described as Lots One through Five and Lots Eight through Twelve, Block Eleven, Holdrege South Addition, Holdrege, Phelps County, Nebraska, that will exceed the one-thousand-two-hundred-square-foot restriction of an accessory use structure in an R-3 Residential District.

All interested parties will be provided an opportunity to be heard during this public hearing.
